1/2 pound manchego cheese
1/2 pound quince paste

Preparation

Cut cheese and quince paste into 1/8-inch-thick slices, then cut slices into approximately equal triangles.

On a platter, alternate slices of cheese and fruit paste. Eat with a knife and fork.
