Malt Whiskey Fizz

Serves 1


  • 2 ounces Westward Oregon straight malt whiskey
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce egg whites*
  • Club soda
  • 4 drops Angostura bitters

How to Make It

  1. Combine whiskey, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg whites in a shaker, and shake vigorously. Add ice, and shake again. Pour into a highball glass, and top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with 4 drops of Angostura bitters.

  2. *Whip egg whites with a fork to make them easier to measure, or purchase egg whites in a carton.
