Combine whiskey, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg whites in a shaker, and shake vigorously. Add ice, and shake again. Pour into a highball glass, and top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with 4 drops of Angostura bitters.
*Whip egg whites with a fork to make them easier to measure, or purchase egg whites in a carton.
