Malt Vinegar Mignonette
Ingredients
- 2 cups malt vinegar
- 1 large shallot, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Preparation
- Stir together vinegar, diced shallot, and freshly ground pepper in a small bowl. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 24 hours.
