  • 2 cups malt vinegar
  • 1 large shallot, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Stir together vinegar, diced shallot, and freshly ground pepper in a small bowl. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 24 hours.
