Malt Vinegar Mignonette

Try this quick dip with fish or hush puppies.

Ingredients

2 cups malt vinegar
1 large shallot, diced
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Stir together vinegar, diced shallot, and freshly ground pepper in a small bowl. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 24 hours.
