    my family LOVES this!! easy to make, have made it for weekends, weekdays, pot lucks... everything! always a hit! i just follow the recipe, if i'm daring i like to throw in some extra veggies (carrots, celery, etc...)

    Talk about comfort food! This was rich, from the mayo, and the mushrooms gave it great texture and a nice twist on a classic dish.

    This is a wonderful dish for cool weather. I used 1/2 cup bell pepper and 1/2 cup onion instead of 1/4; also I used an eight-oz. pkg. of fresh musrooms instead of canned. The other change I made was breadcrumbs drizzled with a little butter versus crackers. People always want the receipe. We love it.

    I wasn't a big fan of this recipe. I think I could have used less than half the mayo called for in the recipe. I probably used about 3/4 cup of light mayo and felt sick from eating it (I generally eat pretty healthy and almost never eat mayo but made this for my boyfriend). My boyfriend loves mayo and thought it was really good so I'll probably make it for him again.
