4 (1-ounce) semisweet chocolate squares
1 (7-ounce) jar macadamia nuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
1 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cook first 6 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes or until blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Let cool 10 minutes.
