Macadamia-Fudge Topping

Yield Makes 1-1/4 cups


  • 4 (1-ounce) semisweet chocolate squares
  • 1 (7-ounce) jar macadamia nuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make It

  1. Cook first 6 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes or until blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Let cool 10 minutes.
