  • 1/3 cup(s) Parmesan
  • 4 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup(s) dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon(s) ketchup
  • 1 pound(s) lean ground beef
  • 2 cup(s) macaroni
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • 2 tablespoon(s) salad oil
  • 8 ounce(s) shredded cheddar


  1. Mix first 4 ingredients and shape into meatballs.

  2. Heat oil in skillet and brown meatballs. Stir in macaroni and 2 cups water. Bring to boil then simmer, covered, for 10 min or til meatballs are cooked through and macaroni is tender. Mix milk and cornstarch and stir into meatballs. Cook over medium heat 3 min or til sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Add cheeses. Best served right away.
