Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C Crisco (or 4 sticks whipped margarine)
- 2 1/4 C Sugar
- 7 eggs
- 2 1/2 C Plain Flour
- 2 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Cream butter and sugar. According to Mac, at least 5 minutes.
- Add 7 eggs, one at a time.
- Add flour - all at once
- Add Vanilla.
- Grease and flour a tube pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
