- 5lb Pork butt De bone & pull off heavy fat
- 4 teas Salt
- 3 teas Pepper
- 1/2 teas Garlic salt
- 4 teas Parsley flakes
- 4 teas Dill weed
- 2 tsp Fennell
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Slice meat through center almost thru center in a spiral. Flatter out and prss down.sprinkle with spices, roll and tie. Wrap and frig for couple of days before baking. Bake 350 45 min per pound. Turn off oven and leave meat in for 15 min per pound.
