MA'S COOKED POTATO SALAD DRESSING
This potato salad dressing is at least 80 years old. It is from my Mothers side of the family the MacDonalds.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1/3 cup(s) brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) plain yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoon(s) flour
- 1/4 cup(s) vinegar
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 can(s) evaporated milk
Preparation
- Beat eggs, add brown sugar, flour, mustard and vinegar. Over low heat cook mixture while adding milk until thickened. Will burn easy so steadily stir.
