I pulled up this low fat wonder from my archives for the holidays and gave it a try. I used scant amounts of sugar, not enough lemon zest (will add tons more next time), and used a combination of Greek yogurt and sour cream. it's a light and satisfying cheesecake. I really love the height of this cake, too - would be nice with some macerated berries and other fresh fruit. It served as a good balance to other sweeter dessert options that I made for the sweeter tooths in our family.

very tasty, can't even tell that it is low fat and contains cottage cheese!
