Lump Blue Crab Salad Wraps

2/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup ice water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound fresh lump crabmeat, picked and drained
1 medium onion, diced
3 bay leaves
1 tablespoon drained capers
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
Bibb lettuce leaves


1. Whisk together first 5 ingredients. Add crabmeat and next 4 ingredients to dressing, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill 8 hours. Drain crabmeat mixture, reserving 1/4 cup dressing. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves, and serve with reserved dressing.
