- 15 Apricots quartered
- 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 cup(s) White Sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) cinnamon optional
- Add ingredients to sauce pan. Bring to a full boil. Lower heat and simmer until jam is set. (Test by coating a teaspoon which has been sitting in ice water. If it firms up quickly it is set. If not, cook longer. If necessary, add some low sugar pectin.)
- Add jam to sanitized jars. Freeze until ready to use.
