    My family loved it, even my 7 year old who is a picky eater. I made it with turkey instead of chicken though.

    Amazing! I make this probably once every two weeks. It's a quick and perfect winter dinner.

    This was good and easy. I made a couple of slight changes; used chipotle chili powder inplace of Mexican (this is really hot-used 1 tblspn.) and used fresh chopped bell peppers instead of frozen; I added them in when I added garlic & onion. Kept everything else the same. Served with cornbread and green salad.

    I used 1 T of regular chili powder as I don't like hot dishes. Next time will try 2 T. Used fresh bell peppers. Easy and very tasty. A definite repeat.
