  • 2 cup(s) Flour
  • 1.5 teaspoon(s) Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1.5 Bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) Applesauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) Walnuts

Preparation

  1. 1. preheat to 350

  2. 2. in medium bowl, combine eggs, mashed banana, sugar and applesauce - add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg - mix well - pour batter into greased pans and bake for 55 to 60 min for one 9x5x3 pan or 40 to 45 min for two 7.5x3.5x2 pans
