Low Country Seasoning from Grits and Groceries

Ingredients

1/4 cup celery salt
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground white pepper
2 1/2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons ground red pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons ground bay leaf
2 tablespoons black pepper

Preparation

1. Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl until blended. Store in an airtight container.
