Awesome recipe! I omitted the splenda (because it isn't healthy) in favor of 3 scoops of stevia extract. 3 t of honey would work as well. I heaped the baking powder. I used liquified coconut oil for my oil. You can flavor with whatever spices you like. It was thick and resilient enough to cut in half (like a bagel) for use in sandwiches.
Low Carb Flax Flatbread
A whole lot of fiber. The bread stands up to burgers, breakfast sandwiches, almost anything! A low carb life saver!! Also, the bread may cook faster than you think, so check on it after about 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) flax meal
- 1 tablespoon(s) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) splenda
- 1/3 cup(s) oil
- 1/2 cup(s) water
- 5 whole(s) eggs
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Add the wet to the dry, and mix well. Pour into a greased 3 quart glass baking dish. Let cook for 20-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
