Mix all dry ingredients. Add egg whites and mix almost like cutting butter into pie crust. Add light corn syrup and stir. Batter will be extremely thick and sticky. DO NOT ADD WATER, keep stirring! Using two spoons, drop teaspoons onto cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake 7 to 9 min at 350. Bake less for softer cookie, longer for crunchy cookie. Makes 45 cookies.
