We liked this recipe very much and would certainly make it again, most likely for company. This recipe would be good with other seafood as well, shrimp, scallops, or jumbo lump crabmeat! I skipped boiling the tail shells and just added some lobster base to the milk, and I used gruyere for the cheese. Next time, I would probably not steam the tails before hand, they came out a little overcooked and it seems like at 450 for 15 minutes they would probably cook fully in the oven.

Absolutely STUNNING dish. And its only 6 points on the Weight Watchers system. This is a win-win recipe for a luscious treat or even for guests. This one will have a permanent place in our recipe collection.
