This was great! The only changes I made were I added about 2 more T. of the chopped sun dried tomatoes. They really add a lot of flavor. I also used Parmesan cheese because that's what I had on hand.

Wow...amazing recipe! I made this for my boyfriend and he was blown away!! So I made a few changes...I shredded the cooked chicken breasts and then just set it aside. I sauted the garlic in olive oil and then added the chicken. I then added the sun dried tomatoes to create the chicken mixture. Excellent recipe will DEFINITELY make again!

My family really enjoyed this recipe and we took it along on a picnic. I substituted baby spinach for the mixed baby greens and omitted the Asiago cheese. We've had this twice as of this posting and it's a real winner!

We followed the recipe, which was simple and packed with good flavors.

I used my slow cooker to cook the chicken with the vinagrette and it was wonderful. The flavors came together great and all I had to do was shred and drain the chicken then add the tomatoes, basil and cheese (I used parmesan). I enjoyed this as an on-the-go meal. Took it with me to have as a meal at work. Kept the chicken seperate from tomato/basil mixture, and kept cheese seperate too. When ready to eat I just assembled what I needed in the pita (a wrap would work well too) and enjoyed.

This was very easy to make and very flavorful. I baked my chicken in the oven as I don't like using precooked chicken. I shared it with a co-worker and she loved it also. Will definately make again!!

I can picture taking this to the beach. I grilled off my own chicken, marinating it in balsamic and garlic first. This is super simple and yummy.

This was very easy to make! Since I'm cooking for 1 I froze the remainder in single serving portions. In each container I put one pita with cheese, and 2 plastic bags (one with the meat, and the other with the chopped veggies). Now it's ready as a grab and go lunch!

Always tasty! I use romano instead of asiago, just personal preference, and sometimes I put these in wraps instead of pitas. Very filling.
