6 cups hot cooked linguine (about 1 pound uncooked pasta)
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
How to Make It
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add red pepper, and cook 2 minutes. Add garlic; sauté 30 seconds or until garlic is lightly browned. Remove from heat; stir in the remaining ingredients.
Great recipe! I used minced garlic from a jar - was wonderful! Such a quick meal - great for a week night! I served with sourdough bread. Plan to cook again and top with grilled shrimp. Would also make a great side!
