- 8 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (6-ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
How to Make It
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Brown chicken in a lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes on each side; remove from skillet.
Add limeade concentrate, brown sugar, and ketchup to skillet; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thickened. Return chicken to skillet; cover and cook for 10 minutes or until done.
