    Loved this recipe! The only modification I made was I added a little cumin, and I used agave nectar instead of honey, and it turned out fantastic. I tossed it with mixed greens, sprinkled the greens with toasted pinon nuts and halved cherry tomatoes, and served it as a side salad with the Chicken Enchilada Casserole. BOTH recipes are keepers!
