Lime-Soy-Sesame Broccoli

Steamed broccoli takes an Asian twist in this tasty Lime-Soy-Sesame Broccoli side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 4 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lower-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

How to Make It

  1. Heat canola oil and toasted ­sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steamed broccoli florets; sauté 1 minute or until lightly browned. Add lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and crushed red pepper; cook 30 seconds or until liquid almost evaporates.
