- 1 roma tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) canned black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup(s) avocado chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Stir in tomato, beans, avocado,lime juice, cilantro and salt.
