  • 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 (2.1-oz.) packages frozen mini-phyllo pastry shells, thawed
  • 28 fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

How to Make It
