Lime-Mint Sparklers
This refreshing beverage is fashioned after the mojito, a Cuban cocktail made with rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, sprigs of mint, sugar, and club soda. If you want to serve it in the spirit of tradition, add 1 1/2 ounces of rum to each serving. Make the presentation special by rubbing the rims of martini glasses with a lime wedge and inverting the glasses onto a shallow plate of salt or sugar to coat. Serve the beverage over crushed ice in the prepared glasses with sprigs of fresh mint and lime wedges.
