I have made this several times. It is quick, easy and delicious, especially in the summer. It can be alot for one meal but can be used again within a couple of days - even as a salad dressing!

- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1. Stir together 1 cup light sour cream and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 3 days.
