Lime Cream Sauce

An easy cream sauce with a hint of lime may be exactly what your favorite mexican dish is missing. It's so easy to whip up and will become a fast favorite.

Ingredients

1 cup light sour cream
1 tablespoon lime zest
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Preparation

1. Stir together 1 cup light sour cream and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 3 days.
