This was very good, lots of flavor and easy. The only change I made was frying the fish since I didn't have a grill. Would make again.
Lime & Basil Tilapia
The combination of lime and basil really adds flavor to the Tilapia. This dish can either be eaten along with grilled vegetables or sliced and served in tacos.

- 4 tilapia fillets (about 1 pound)
- 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) lime juice
- Zest of 2 limes
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh basil, minced
- 2 teaspoon(s) bourbon
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- Pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients except for the tilapia fillets in a resealable plastic bag. Turn to mix and add tilapia fillets. Seal and refrigerator for 30 minutes. Preheat grill. Pour marinade into a saucepan. Bring marinade to a low boil and remove from heat. Grill tilapia fillets for about 3 minutes per side over a high heat. When fish turns opaque remove from grill and serve with a few spoonfuls of marinade drizzled over top.
