  • 2 cups shelled fresh lima beans
  • 3/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How to Make It

  1. Place lima beans in a steaming rack; place over boiling water and steam 20 minutes or until tender.
