- 4 ears corn-on-the-cob, cooked and kernels removed*
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil leaves
How to Make It
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
*Substitution: Use 20 oz. package frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and cooked.
