Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 1/2 pound(s) large shrimp (25 count) peeled, deviened, cut into 3 pieces
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chives snipped
  • 1/2 cup(s) dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) parsley snipped
  • 6 slice(s) italian bread
  • 4 ounce(s) angel hair pasta

Preparation

  1. • Heat 3 T oil in 12” skillet; add garlic and cook;
  2. • Raise heat & add shrimp; cook until bright pink – about 2 min.;
  3. • Remove shrimp and set aside;
  4. • Stir in snipped chives, wine, butter, lemon juice and red pepper;
  5. • Boil gently, uncovered, until reduced by 1/2 – about 5 min.;
  6. • Stir in parsley and return shrimp to heat through;
  7. • Place bread on plates;
  8. • Toss cooked pasta with olive oil to coat;
  9. • Spoon sauce over bread and pasta.
