- 2 cups whipping cream
- 6 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Stir well to blend before serving.
