These burgers have great flavor, which is why, despite my comments below, I've still given it four stars. Though they're a little time consuming to make, you may end up with leftovers you can freeze, which makes them more worth the effort. We use chopped sun-dried tomatoes instead of the flakes, because we couldn't find the flakes. Also, we tried them with the whole-wheat hamburger bun, but found we prefer to serve them on a whole-wheat pita. The bun flavor seemed to overpower the flavor of the burger. We use prepared tzatziki from Trader Joe's, which is delicious and makes the process much faster. The texture of the burgers is a little soft and they're prone to break apart.

Ugh. The burger mixture smelled like vomit. The burgers tasted even worse and were very, very soft. Followed the recipe exactly as written with no substitutions. SUPER time consuming too (and I usually don't mind a complicated recipe), so this one was a complete bomb for me. I found a veggie burger on this site once that was to-die-for. Wish I'd kept the recipe for that one. Oh well, will continue my search for the "perfect" veggie burger. But this one was not it =/
