Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced shallots
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 6 cups torn butter lettuce
- 1 cup sliced sugar snap peas
- 3 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds
Preparation
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add lettuce, peas, and almonds; toss gently to coat.
