Hands-on: 15 Minutes
Total: 2 Hours, 35 Minutes

2 teaspoons lemon zest
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup sugar

1. Combine all ingredients and 1 1/2 cups water in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes; remove from microwave, and stir until sugar dissolves. Cool completely (about 15 minutes). Pour syrup mixture into a 13- x 9-inch pan or baking dish; cover and freeze 2 to 4 hours or until firm.

2. Let frozen syrup stand at room temperature 5 minutes. Break frozen syrup into large chunks, using a large spoon or fork. Pulse chunks in food processor 10 to 15 times or until desired consistency is reached. Spoon into cups, and serve.
