Ingredients

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 heads romaine lettuce, halved lengthwise
2 cups thinly sliced pickling cucumber (about 2)
