Lemony Pork Chops

- 4 3/4" thick Pork chops
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 4 lemon slices
- 1/4 cup(s) firmly packed borwn sugar, divided
- 1/3 cup(s) catsup
- 1/3 cup(s) water
- Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper; arrange in a 9" square baking pan. Place a lemon slice on the center of each chop. Top each lemon slice with 1 Tbsp brown sugar. Combine catsup and water, mixing well. Pour sauce around chops. Back, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hr or until tender.
