Lemony Liver for the Liver Lover

Ingredients

  • 8 strip(s) Bacon
  • 3/4 pound(s) Liver
  • Flour
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Butter
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Parsley, minced

Preparation

Fry, drain and crumble bacon. Set aside. Dredge liver in flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Fry quickly in same pan in which bacon was cooked. Set liver aside and pour off fat from pan. Heat butter in the same skillet, stir in remaining ingredients along with the crumbled bacon. Pour over warm liver slices.
