How to Make It

Melt 1/4 cup butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 pound cooked fresh broccoli florets, 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon dried basil. Cook broccoli mixture, stirring gently, 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
