Lemony Grilled Potato Salad

Really delicious and quick to put together

Very flavorful and makes a nice presentation. Takes a little time to grill all the veggies.

This was a wonderful change and just as tasty warmed up the next day.

I thought this tasted excellent, and was beautiful, but was very time intensive to grill all the ingredients (I used fingerling potatoes which were super small, as well as purple new potatoes - delicious and color made it look lovely, but meant I had to grill a million tiny pieces!). It came together wonderfully in the end; would make again with the caveat of knowing its not a quick week night dish.

Not hard to make although I used new potatoes which were smaller than Yukon gold. A little tricky to get them all on the grill and evenly grilled? Very pretty dish when it comes together. I thought it could have been a little more lemonny and would maybe add a little more lemon. Might also consider adding some garlic grilled or pan roasted and then smashed into dressing.

Excellent!!! I grilled the veggies before I grilled the main course, therefore I served the salad at room temperature. I had all of the ingredients on hand except for the chives and capers and we thought the salad was excellent without them. I will definitely make this again.

Recipe has great taste but the grilling of vegetables took longer than recipe stated. Rather labor intensive for the result.
