  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 cups green beans, trimmed (about 1 pound)
  • 2 tablespoons water

How to Make It
