Grated lemon rind and premium white chocolate elevate the favorite childhood treat of crispy rice cereal bars into Lemon-White Chocolate Chewy Crispy Bars. These treats  will have adults asking for more.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 10 ounce marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
  • 6 cups rice cereal
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 ounces chopped premium white chocolate

How to Make It

  1. Melt butter and marshmallows over medium-low heat. Stir lemon rind into melted marshmallows. Add cereal; toss well to combine. Press cereal mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Heat white chocolate in microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring every 20 seconds; drizzle over cereal mixture. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before slicing.
