Ingredients

  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

How to Make It

  1. Stir together shallot and white wine vinegar in a small bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir in zest and next 3 ingredients. Add oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking until smooth.
