Delicious! I may have slightly over-beaten the eggs, but it still turned out ok. Keep an eye on them, I had to take mine out about a minute and a half before it said to. One collapsed as I was pulling them out of the oven, but the others were perfect! Also, if you've never made souffle, make sure they're done right when you want to serve them; souffle waits for no one!
