Ingredients
- Patties
- 16 ounce(s) Boneless Canned Salmon Drained
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup(s) Parsley Chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) Onion Finely Chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) Italian Bread Crumbs
- 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Dried Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Dill
- Sauce
- 4 tablespoon(s) Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Dried Basil
Preparation
- Mix together the ingredients for the patties in a medium bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Add the patties to the oil and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Mix together the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.
- Add toasted bun, lettuce and tomato.
- Would also be good with Swiss cheese and/or avocado.
- Serve with sweet potato fries.
