Try this addition: sauté 1/2 sweet onion, 1/2 red bell pepper, fresh parsley chopped to taste in olive oil and butter. Add seasoned bread crumbs and zest of 1/2 large lemon. Place thinly sliced lemon on bottom of glass dish. Add fish seasoned with salt and pepper. Top with bread crumb mixture. Bake approximately 20 minutes or until done. Finish with freshly squeezed lemon. Delicious, promise!
