Delicious! I used ground turkey and it was great.

I followed the recipe exactly and it is a winner! I don't often say I wouldn't change a thing, but this recipe is spot on. This will be my new winter craving.

flavor was good but thought that 2 32oz boxes of chicken broth was way too much; one 32 oz box would have been plenty. Aftrer I remove some of the broth I will add another 3/4 cup or orzo and maybe some spinach as noted above...then it will be better, in my opinion

Delicious - very filling, but not heavy.

Made this tonight. Made meatballs a bit smaller, got about 40 and added some grated onion and garlic to them as well. Added some chiffanaded spinach to the soup at the end with the parsley and cheese. Pretty delicious. Great with a bit of Italian bread and salad.

Loved it! I used less lemon juice and added cannellini beans to make it more hardy, also I used dried parsley and that was fine.

Made as directed and wouldn't change a thing! Nice rich flavor for something so simple in ingredients.
