I thought this was a fantastic recipe for grilled chicken - had to use a cast-iron grill pan since I'm without a grill, but I'm sure it would be even better that way. One suggestion - I think I'd serve it with a lemon wedge instead of squeezing it right onto the breast, as my husband did not like the extra lemon flavor from the juice as much as I did.

Grilled this last night for our dinner. It was so quick and easy to prepare and perfect for a warm summer evening. I did not pound the chicken, but did add more cooking time which gave me more time to prepare the Farmer's Market salad. This along with a nice white wine made for a very enjoyable evening meal.

The rub is wonderful - i only used with two chicken breasts....would have preferred more of the rub.. Served with a salad of arugula mixed with a dressing of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt and pepper on top - sweet potatoes on the side. I have had a similar dish a the Nordstrom's Bistro. A keeper for sure!

This is easy and very flavorful. I love the rub; I have also used it on salmon and shrimp - delicious! I add a little more olive oil to make more of a wet rub.

Wow, that was easy, fast, and good. I didn't flatten the chicken breast and it was perfect. We'll make this again.

I used fresh oregano because I have a little herb garden... forgot to count that into the equation though when I made the rub (you need to double the amount). The chicken came out ok but now I know why it was only ok. BUT I also did the same rub with some summer squash. OMG the best squash I've ever had!!!! I have a pan/tray thing that you set in the bbq and I cooked it while I did the chicken. AMAZING!!!!!

Delicious!!! My husband and 5-year old son LOVED this dish. The rub is full of flavor and so easy. Had a little bit of leftovers, but oddly, the chicken didn't taste so good the next day. Will do again for sure and eat it all up or use the leftovers on a salad or something if there are any. Excellent!!!

I made this recipe just as it was given and really liked it. The Greek salad recipe was a bit too tart for my taste. I would serve with a pasta salad or tone down the vinegar in the Greek salad.

Don't know what I did wrong, but we found this dish lacking in flavor. If I were to do it again, I would let the chicken marinate in the lemon juice and spices for awhile with hope of kicking it up a notch.

One of my favorite go-to grilled chicken recipes. Quick, easy, and uses ingredients I usually have on hand.
